Want a taste of the sweet life?

Just like with anything new, you might be feeling a bit apprehensive. That's cool! I am happy to have a chat with you so you can see if we jive. Try a 30 minute discovery session where you get to tell me a bit about your journey, your family's health, your current lifestyle habits, but most importantly, where you want to go with your health goals. In return, I will give you a free assessment of how to better balance your life to receive optimal health results and e-mail you a couple of handouts on how to make positive changes. All for free! These sessions are available via Skype or Facetime, so you can see who you will be working with and get a feel of how our in-person sessions will go.


Nutrition Parties

A nutrition party is an excellent way to gather with your friends and find the answers to your burning questions on all things wellness and healthy eating. You host the party in your home or office and we spend a few hours together getting your group re-set on what "healthy" really means.

Topics may include, but are not limited to: label reading, deconstructing cravings, healthy meals on the go, eating for energy, 5 day express detox, and 21 day whole food challenge.
