Hey guys! I am off for a long weekend away and as I was prepping for my flight I thought you may be interested in what I carry with me. This flight is only about 5 hours so I am not prepping as much as I normally would for an overseas flight, but the same rules apply.
Things I love to bring are raw nuts, a good quality protein bar, magnesium spray (and usually a supplement as well), an exercise band and stimulating books from different genres. I also like to take a green powder with me so I can pop it in my water mid-flight, but my local health food shop was out today! What a bummer!
